Not all training is created equal. Different forms of training elecit different results. Whether your goal is:

  • decrease body fat
  • functionality

Various forms of training should be incorporated for total fitness, but the emphasis should align with your goal. I create custom training and nutrition programs for you based on what YOU want to achieve.
 

Corrective Exercise

Regardless of what your fitness goal is, the majority of people have muscle imbalances that contribute to aches and pains or overall aesthetic appearance. A complete exercise program needs to focus on correcting these imbalances. Not to temporarily alleviate the pain, but to permanently fix the root of the problem.

A goal without a plan is just a wish. Consistency is the most important tool for success, but adapting new fitness habits can be difficult and often times fails. I work with you to keep you on track and motivated throughout the entire process to ensure you reach YOUR goals. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it stops being a chore and becomes a balanced part of your life. Fitness should help you enjoy life fully, not keep you from it. If you practice healthy habits, you’ll be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
